Injection blasting is typically used in small booths and in light cleaning work. In the injection system, the abrasive is sucked up into a gun by an injector action and then accelerated sprayed onto the workpiece.
The great advantage of injection blast cabinets is that a good blasting result can be achieved with relatively little compressed air. Depending on the diameter of the blast nozzle, blasting can be done from 350 litres/min. As standard, the steel cabinets are delivered according to CE guidelines and equipped with a carbide nozzle, lighting fixture, foot pedal operation and dust extraction.
The applications of the injector blast cabinets are unlimited cleaning, rust removal and deburring, matting, roughening and decoding of various surfaces.
