Holland Mineraal specialises in the design and installation of blasting installations and blasting containers. Especially for the surface treatment of medium-sized materials, Holland Mineraal has a blast container in its supply programme.

MULTI-PURPOSE BLAST CONTAINER

You can choose whether we supply the blast container in a 10 ft - 20 ft version or a 40 ft version. Our design takes into account that all types of blasting media can be used. Our multifunctional blast containers are thus suitable for both metallic and inert blasting media.

INSTALLATION WITHOUT ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL FACILITIES

On the inside, the blast container is professionally finished with a steel floor, angled steel plinth, wall protection and dust-proof and impact-resistant lighting fixtures. The great advantage of such a blast facility is that the complete unit, including the blasting equipment, can be placed on a flat floor. You therefore do not need to make any architectural arrangements.

This multifunctional blasting container uses:

 

  • a continuous cleaning cartridge filter;
  • exhaust system;
  • sweeping pit;
  • elevator;
  • blast media cleaner;
  • jet medium silo;
  • blast pot complete with accessories.
