Blast pots

Holland Mineraal has a complete line of PED-approved blast pots in its delivery programme, built according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 EC and inspected by DNV. All blast pots operate according to the pressure blast principle and are equipped with a double-line remote control system with deadman's function. The blast pots are available in various sizes and executions and suitable for all types of abrasives. Holland Mineraal is always available for detailed advice on purchasing a blast pot or for a customised quote.

MOBILE BLAST POTS

At Holland Mineraal, we like to make things easy for you. Placing wheels under the blast pot makes it easy to transport. However, safety must be taken into account in all cases. Holland Mineraal also sells various accessories. These include blast helmets, blast hoses, blast nozzles, overalls, helmet air heaters and compressed air after-coolers.

The transportable blast pots can be fitted with either a manually operated Saunders-type abrasive metering valve or a pneumatically controlled UDV-P crane. The pneumatically controlled abrasive metering valve UDV-P can be set very accurately, thereby drastically reducing the consumption of abrasive per m² and ultimately resulting in environmentally and cost-conscious operation.

DESIRED BLAST POTS 

A blast pot from Holland Mineral is available in various sizes with a useful capacity of 40, 100, 200 and 300 litres respectively. Furthermore, the pressure blast pots can optionally be completed with a pressure regulator, a helmet air filter set and many other accessories.

MINI BLAST POT

New in the delivery programme of Holland Mineraal, the Mini blast pot. Despite its compact size, this Mini blast pot has been developed for professional use.
This Mini blast pot is extremely suitable for graffiti removal, restoration work, wood blasting, paint and rust removal, spot blasting, etc.
