Blast robot

Holland Mineraal has been an agent for the sale of Blastman Robotics Ltd. from Finland since 2002. This advanced technology operates according to a computer-controlled blasting robot manipulator and is operational at many companies around the world to their full satisfaction.

Generally, it can be said that by applying the Blastman robot, the working conditions for the blasters have improved considerably. By applying this robot, the blasters of the past become the operators of the future. The operators operate the robot from a spacious and fully insulated cabin. This cabin is continuously supplied with fresh air.

Program

The control of the blasting process is by means of a joystick and a touch screen. The blast robot manipulator gets into the most impossible corners and can store all the blasted surfaces in its memory.

In the case of recurring uniform objects, they can be blasted completely automatically from repeat mode. The operator in this situation keeps control of the object to be blasted from a control room located next to the blasting booth.

Programming can take place in two ways. The operator programs using the point to point method where all coordinates are manually stored. It is also possible to enter complete working drawings into Blastman Robotics' system. In both cases, the operator follows the blasting process from the control room.

By applying the above process, production speed is increased by approximately 300%. This easily achieves daily production between 400 and 600 m2.
