Holland Mineraal is all-round in the design and manufacture of cartridge filters Worldwide, many installations have already been sold in various market segments. Under our own management, the cartridge filters are designed, produced, assembled and installed on location.

COMPRESSED AIR-CLEANED CARTRIDGE FILTER

A major advantage of this type of extraction unit is that the filter cartridges are continuously cleaned during the blasting process, ensuring constant extraction capacity. The stationary extraction units are available in 21 types and vary in capacity between 900 and 84,000 m3 per hour. All types are supplied in accordance with Atex guidelines.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MOBILE CARTRIDGE FILTERS

 

Especially for mobile blasting work, Holland Mineraal has an extensive range of transportable cartridge filters in its delivery programme.

The continuous compressed air cleaning cartridge filters are available in 6 versions and vary in capacity between 6,000 and 30,000 m3 per hour. By using special fans, it is possible to extract the areas to be blasted with long lengths of suction hose.

Thanks to the construction with extendable legs, it is possible to use both 50 litres dust bags and big bags to collect the extracted dust. The transportable suction units are equipped with a forklift facility, making them easy to place on your work site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FILTERMEDIA

In addition to selling complete cartridge filters, Holland Mineraal also sells and assembles loose filter cartridges and filter hoses in various diameters and lengths. We can also supply the right filter media for extraction installations not supplied by Holland Mineraal and, if necessary, assemble it.
